ACEMC – Bacolod Acquires One Hectare Property

Allied Care Experts Medical Center – Bacolod, Inc. (ACEMC – Bacolod) closed a deal acquiring a one hectare lot in Barangay Bata, Bacolod City which will be the future site of an ultra-modern hospital. A deed of absolute sale was signed last April 2, 2018 between Mrs. Ma. Luisa Lizares -Lacson, lot owner, and ACEMC – Bacolod representatives, Dr. Ferjenel Biron and Dr. Julian Rizaldy Raca at a Trump Tower in Makati, Metro Manila.

After several months of consultations and meetings, ACEMC – Bacolod finally settled on the property at Barangay Bata because of its strategic location near the boundary of Bacolod City and Talisay City. An added bonus is its proximity to the northbound bus terminal and various subdivisions. Initial meeting was conducted with the lot owner in July 13, 2017 at PSE building. According to Dr. Raca, Vice-Chairman of ACEMC – Bacolod, Mrs. Lacson agreed to sell the property because she liked the idea of having a hospital in the area. In appreciation, ACEMC – Bacolod has committed to name a section of the hospital in honor of Mrs. Lacson’s grandfather former Negros Occidental Governor Rafael B. Lacson.
